Explanation

Don’t wear anything then open your penguin card and put somthing with a dance biltity on then dont close your player card and dance

Put your umbrella/Rainbow hat on{ if you have any other items on it wont work} then put your tour guide hat on don’t close your playercard and wave if done right your hat should fall onto the ground and fly back onto your head
